Description
Vika explosion-proof manometer model 233.30, 232.30
Vika explosion-proof manometer models 233.30 and 232.30 are Vika Burden Tube gauge series. In fact, Vika company has used Bourdon tube sensor to make this manometer model similar to model 232.50 manometers.

Bourdon tube technology measures turbulent pressure, which is dependent on the value of the ambient pressure and the opposite point of absolute pressure.

The vacuum pressure is measured in the return movement of the Bourdon tube.

In the construction of some models of these pressure gauges, both sides of the Bourdon tube are closed, but in common applications, one side of the tube is fixed and the other side is free to move.

A flexible tube is used to make a Bourdon tube pressure gauge. As pressure is applied, the pipe bends more or tends to straighten.
These pressure gauges have been widely used due to their sensitivity, linearity and extreme accuracy.

Model 232.30 is a dry model and model 232.30 is an oil model of these pressure gauges. For applications where there is a lot of vibration, the oil model of this model can be used.

The design of these gauges conforms to EN837-1 and IP66 standard protection rate.

This model can be in sizes

63 mm
100 mm
160 mm
Ordered.
Measurement range
NS 63: 0 ... 1 to 0 ... 1,000 bar

NS 100: 0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 1,000 bar

NS 160: 0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 1,600 bar

These gauges can also be used to measure vacuum pressure.

environment temperature
The most suitable temperature for using the dry model of this gauge is -40 to 60 degrees Celsius.

When we use the oil model of this gauge, the best temperature is -20 to 60 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature that can be tolerated in the dry state is 200 °C and in the oily state it is 100 °C.
