Iranian and foreign grade 1 and 2 walnut kernels

Walnut Kernels are the edible, wrinkled, brown-colored nuts, enclosed in a brown seed coat. They are obtained from the walnut trees, belonging to the Juglandaceae family, in the genus, Juglan. The kernels have two bumpy lobes that look like abstract butterflies.
"The best time to eat walnuts in summers is in the morning. You can soak 6 to 8 halves of walnuts at night and consume them on an empty stomach. You can also add them to your smoothies or make walnut chutney. Ground walnuts can be sprinkled on salads," says Bakshi.
Walnut wood is commonly used in knickknacks, carvings, and gunstocks, as well as for cabinets, flooring, furniture, and wood veneers.
