This machine sorts unwanted waste materials from wheat, barley, rice and other grains and seeds

Technical specifications:

Capacity:  1 – 12 tons per hour

Precision: Up to 99%

Able to detect more than one million combination colors

It uses color and shape analysis and a unique light transmission and density assessment to achieve superior results. The innovative transmission technology detects internal defects in corn, identifies diseased or damaged rice grains, and even differentiates between soft wheat and durum varieties.

As a combine goes through the fields and harvests the grain, it cuts the stalks and scoops the wheat into a machine that then threshes the stalks and husks. Afterward, the grain goes into cylinders called rasp bars, which guide it through grates and sieves to winnow and sort it.
Seed sorting is a mechanical process in which the goal is to achieve a high level of purity and quality in the final product. Prediction and control of such processes are generally considered very difficult.
Seed processing plays a major part of the total technology involved in making available high quality seed. Seed processing includes all the operations after harvest that aim at maximizing seed viability, vigour and health. The methods of seed processing play a major role in the seed quality.
