In the situation where the humidity level of the main natural gas line is high, in order to increase the working efficiency and avoid wet gas entering the compressor and subsequently the car capsule, dry natural gas is introduced into the system using a dryer. The dryer with a capacity of (Nm3/hr) 8000 with different inlet pressure will be made upon request.

Compressed natural gas dryers (CNG dryers) are designed for continuous separation of water vapour from compressed natural gas thus lowering the dew point. CNG-DRY dryers are normally custom made to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on operating pressure and type of regeneration.
Gas dryers use natural gas or propane to generate heat and electricity to power the drum, fan, lights and controls. Electric dryers are completely powered by electricity. Gas and electric dryers offer comparable performance, innovation and convenience - and a variety of sizes/capacities and styles.
The tank trucks take CNG to customer's sites or consumption points, then CNG is taken from tank trucks with the pressure of 200-250 barg going through a Pressure Reducing Unit (PRU) system, pressure is reduced by two stages (Stage 1: pressure reduced to 60 barg, Stage: 2 pressure reduces to 2-7 barg) to supply ...
